Builders and Realtors Unity has been established with the purpose of developing and innovating Azerbaijan's construction and real estate sector, facilitating the learning of international practices, and building domestic and international partnerships.
The Union also carries out training and seminar activities in the construction and real estate sector in collaboration with universities and a number of educational and training institutions, as well as the training of qualified personnel.
A development strategy is being pursued that aims to shape the use of artificial intelligence and data analytics in this sector, relying on analytical mechanisms.

Our Services.
1. Social Media Service
We provide advertising of the products or services of applicants, as well as business entities, through our social media channels (including in a sponsored format). At the same time, we can also arrange advertising shoots for individuals who wish to sell their personal property or business.
2. Interior and Exterior Design Service
We offer the comfortable and proper organization of your interior space, as well as the preparation and supervision of all visual and technical designs. In addition, during the preparation of our studio's various projects, we provide the client with all required 3D visuals for the space, 15 technical plans, all wall elevations, a professionally prepared album, as well as a full preview of the real dimensions of the interior or exterior space in video format.
3. Analysis and Market Research
We carry out market research in any field of activity and ensure the writing of project and business plans. We prepare and deliver all types of business plans required for developing your existing business, researching a new business area, or obtaining loans. We also carry out the transformation of ideas into projects and the preparation of startup projects.
Through the website, real estate properties are acquired directly from their owners. Starting from May 1, 2024, the price per listing is 5 manats, and 15 manats for those who wish to have their listings shared on our social media channels. Additional paid services are also available for promoting listings and for construction companies.
5. Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics Services
Through our specialist — the only PhD-level expert in artificial intelligence and data analytics in the Republic of Azerbaijan — we prepare services, strategies, and projects tailored to your business.
6. Employment Service
We carry out the training of qualified personnel, and provide the preparation and placement of suitable workers in the construction, building, and real estate sector. Training and seminars will be organized in collaboration with the State Employment Agency, and qualified personnel will be trained.
7. Renovation Service
We carry out renovation of any apartment, villa, office, or facility with a qualified and experienced team and staff.
8. Construction Works
A construction license will be obtained by December 2024. In accordance with that license, large-scale construction projects will be carried out, as well as small construction works that do not require a license.

This is a website that presents construction, repair and building, production and sale of construction materials, auditing, design, project planning, and personnel recruitment services — both domestically in our Republic and at the international level — in the form of private tenders and proposals. The website is intended for international use.
10. Government Tenders and Quotations
Participating in tenders, quotations, and particularly significant procurements organized both within our Republic and at the international level.
11. Domestic and International Forums
The first Builders and Realtors Forum in our Republic, held with the participation of Azerbaijani and Turkish businesspeople, was organized by Builders and Realtors Unity in November 2023. It is planned to hold these forums annually as a tradition. In parallel, services for connecting foreign and domestic investors will also be carried out.
